10/87 - 1/91 Electronic Engineering Technician - D.X. Imaging (A DuPont Xerox Company), Lionville, PA. - Develop electronic controls for prototype of an Electronic Imaging device.
  • Build, debug, document, and maintain the Electronic/ electrical harnessing and PC boards for the controls of mechanical fixtures. Including the hookup, setup, and programming of Sequence Language Controllers, Motor Controllers, and Temperature and Pressure Controllers.
  • Produce connector pin-out spreadsheets, organize all of the required information to pull together prototype harness schematics, design and document harnesses on Mentor Graphics CAD system.
  • Produce and maintain board schematics on Mentor Graphics CAD system.
  • Conceptualized and assembled test fixture for prototype’s PC boards.
  • Breadboard the Display/Control Panel on an 8051 controller and wrote routines in Basic52 to test characteristics of the display.
